数字经济能促进制造业高质量发展吗？——基于省级面板数据的实证研究

为深入分析数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响，分别构建数字经济和制造业高质量发展评价指标体系。基于2013—2021年省级面板数据构建双向固定效应及门槛效应模型。实证分析结果表明：各区域数字经济与制造业高质量发展水平差异巨大；数字经济显著促进制造业高质量发展，相比于数字产业化，产业数字化对制造业高质量发展的促进作用更显著；数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响存在以工业化水平为门槛变量的双门槛效应。

Can the Digital Economy Promote the High-quality Development of Manufacturing?：Empirical Research Based on Provincial Panel Data

Based on the establishment of comprehensive evaluation systems, the level of digital economy and high quality development of manufacturing of provinces and cities from 2013 to 2021 in China are researched . Then the mechanism of the two are examined. The results show that the development of digital economy and manufacturing shows great differences among all regions. Digital economy significantly promotes the high quality development of manufacturing. Compared to digital industrialization, industrial digitization shows a more powerful and significant positive effect on the high quality development of manufacturing. The double threshold effects show that the level of industrialization should be in the right range or the influence digital economy on the development of manufacturing will be weakened or even turned into a negative one.
