天然气冷放空模拟及实验研究

摘    要:天然气放空是输气管道生产运行过程中的重要环节,是压力、温度、放空流量都随着时间变化的复杂过程。基于放空管道的实际情况,对相关规范所推荐的计算方法进行改进完善。改进的模型考虑了出口临界流动和亚临界流动的放空计算,研究放空管阀门开度、天然气气体膨胀导致的内能变化对管道放空的影响。该模型的计算结果与工程实际中的管道放空数据大致吻合,为以后的生产调度和事故维抢修提供了技术支持。

Study on the Simulation and Experimental of Natural Gas Cold Venting
Abstract:Natural gas venting is an important part of the production and operation process of gas pipeline, which is a complex process in which pressure, temperature and venting flow rate all change with time.Based on the actual situation of the venting pipeline, the calculation method that is recommended is improved and perfected by the relevant specifications. The model takes into account the venting calculations of the critical flow and subcritical flow at the outlet,the effects of the venting pipe valve opening and the internal energy changes caused by the expansion of natural gas on the venting of the pipeline are studied. The calculation results of the model are generally consistent with the actual pipeline venting data, which provides technical support for future production scheduling and accident repair.
