摘    要:GMA沥青混合料性能受到生产因素的影响显著,室内小型拌合设备难以模拟实际的生产情况。通过Cooker车真实模拟GMA混合料生产过程,研究不同生产因素对浇注式沥青混合料性能的影响。研究表明,当Cooker车控制好混合料的拌合温度、拌合时间时,GMA混合料的性能是可控的。Cooker车的拌合时间宜控制在2.5~3 h,生产过程中应尽量将沥青用量的精度控制在±0.2%,以稳定混合料的性能。采用浇注成型的冲击韧性试验数据较切割的试验数据稳定性好,应尽量采用浇注成型的试件制备方法。

Effect of Production Factors on Properties of Castable Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:The performance of GMA asphalt mixture is significantly affected by production factors, and it is difficult for indoor small mixing equipment to simulate the actual production situation. The real production process of GMA mixture is simulated by Cooker to study the influence of different production factors on the performance of castable asphalt mixture. The research shows that when the Cooker controls the mixing temperature and mixing time of the mixture, the performance of the GMA mixture is controllable. The mixing time of the Cooker should be controlled in 2.5~3 h, and the accuracy of the amount of asphalt in the production process should be controlled within ±0.2% to stabilize the performance of the mixture. The impact toughness test data of casting molding is more stable than that of cutting test data, and the preparation method of casting molding should be adopted as far as possible.
