| 摘 要： | 文章在概述《大学英语课程教学要求(试行)》产生的历史背景以及国内目前关于大学英语教学改革不同观点的基础上指出,高等教育既具有职业性,又具有人文性;大学英语教学改革中对学习者能力的要求不能顾此失彼,而应该注重对接受能力和输出能力之间关系深入研究。

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction to the background of College English Curriculum Requirements and a summary of the different opinions concerning the reformation of teaching English as a foreign language in China, the paper points out that modern higher education is but the unity of professionalism and humanism and accordingly, none of the language skills should be emphasized at the cost of others and more research should be carried out to explore the relationship between receptive skills and productive skills. |
