上市银行投资者关系最佳实践——基于14家中国上市银行数据的实证研究

在强调银行公司治理的今天,作为上市银行公司治理重要组成部分的投资者关系对上市银行具有重要意义。由于银行运作的特殊性,上市银行投资者关系也有其特殊之处,这是上市银行投资者关系活动的出发点。利用南京大学投资者关系评价指标体系,辅以基于互联网的上市银行投资者关系评价的研究发现,中国上市银行总体投资者关系水平较高,但存在不少问题。在当前上市公司投资者关系最佳实践(包括市值管理、投资者群体分析、沟通渠道创新和整合以及信息反向沟通管理)的启发下,中国上市银行应该在提升理念、明确目标、充分互动、完善披露,以及利用信息技术等方面加以改进。

Best Practice of Investor Relations of Listed Bank: Empirical Study on the Data of 14 Listed Banks in China

As an important component of the corporate governance of listed banks, the investor relations have been of great significance today. Because of the special nature of banking operations, investor relations of listed banks is also unique, which is starting point of the effective investor relations. By using of the Nanjing University IR index, combining with Internet-based investor relations evaluation of listed banks, the paper conducts in-depth analysis and evaluation the 14 listed banks in China. Based on the overall view of listed banks, analyzing the best practice investor relations in current, such as market value management, innovation and integration of communication channels, reversal communication, and so on, the paper presents six opinions of how to use of the best practice in the investor relations of listed bank.
