| 摘 要： | 高校法制教育是弘扬法治精神、培养法治人才以及预防与减少违法犯罪的重要途径。通过分析现行高校法制教育的运作体系,指出中国的现行高校法制教育的运作体系存在的各种问题,指出高校法制教育要进行合理性改革,以适应建立社会主义法治国家的要求,并为高校法制教学改革提供一些可行性建议。

| Abstract: | Legal education in colleges and universities is an important way to uphold the rule of law,foster tal-ents of law,as well as prevent and reduce crimes.By analyzing the existing operational system of the legal education in colleges and universities,this paper specifies its existing problems,and points out that the legal education of col-leges and universities should carry out reasonable reforms to adapt to the requirements of establishing a socialist country ruled by law and provide some feasible suggestions... |
