| Abstract: | Based on the urban comprehensive disaster reduction,this paper makes a systematic discussion on the problems of urban safety construction and development.In regards to the disaster preparedness system involved in urban safety and project safety planning,it conducts researchers on the theory and assessment ways of safety endurance and optimization.Meanwhile,it discusses the framework and model of safety assessment to the large projects. |
