立风井防爆井盖自动运行技术研究

摘    要:针对单主扇矿井,利用力学原理对立风井防爆井盖在关闭和开启两种情况下的受力平衡进行分析,论述了自然风压对平衡锤配重选择的影响,确定了平衡锤配重选择的理论依据和计算方法,该计算方法对矿井在主扇停风期间能保证防爆井盖自动开启从而及时地利用自然通风,确保矿井停风期间的安全具有重要意义。

Abstract:According to the coal mine with one main fan,the mechanical principle is used to analyse force equilibrium of the antiexplosion manhole cover at the conditions of close and opening.The influence of the choice of balance hammer quality by natural wind pressure has been discussed and the the theoretical basis and calculation method of the choice of balance hammer quality is determined.This calculation method will be very important to ensure the safety of the mine during the time of wind stopping for its function of automatically open anti-explosion manhole cover when main fan suddenly stopped.
