| 摘 要： | 通过对临床护理工作中的护理安全影响因素进行原因分析,有针对性地制定常见护理安全隐患的防范措施,通过培训考核等方式强化护理工作人员的护理安全意识,加大护理安全隐患的监控,完善相应的护理工作流程减少和避免护理风险的发生,提高护理质量,为患者提供优质的护理服务,提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the factors influencing the care safety in the clinical work,develops targeted prevention measures,proposes to strengthen the care safety awareness of the nursing staff through training,examination and other ways,increase monitoring to care safety hazards and improve nursing workflow to reduce and avoid the nursing risk,improve the quality of care to provide quality care for patients and improve patient satisfaction. |
