| 摘 要： | 目的:研究广西地区医院业务收入的影响因素。方法:对2010-2011年广西医院门诊、住院收入变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入。结果:2011年较2010年,广西地区医院业务收入以住院业务收入为主,以住院病人日均费用、出院人次增加所致。结论:医院经济效益、综合管理水平有所提升,但应避免过度检查,降低门诊、住院病人药占比。

| Abstract: | Objective: study the influencing factors of Guangxi hospital business income.Methods: build the index system of Guangxi hospital outpatient,hospital income,and use multiple factors analysis to analyze hospital business income.Results: comparing with 2010,Guangxi hospital major business income is hospital business income,and changes resulted by hospital patients daily expenses,discharged patients increase.Conclusion: the hospital economic benefit and comprehensive management level is improved,but should avoid excessive examination,reduce the outpatient,hospital patients of medicine. |
