| Abstract: | In this paper,we use the sample of 29 listed companies in Yunnan Province,analyze and compare prospectus and annual reports of 2008-2010,revealing the status quo and problems of the environmental information disclosure of listed companies in Yunnan Province,and put forward some suggestions for improvement. |
