| 摘 要： | 随着建筑市场的利润空间越来越小,施工企业为了适应市场竞争和自身发展的需求,必须采用有效的项目成本控制与管理。本文在对施工项目成本管理现状以及成本控制过程中出现的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了项目成本控制与管理的组织、经济、技术和管理措施,以保持施工项目的成本优势和获利水平。

| Abstract: | As the smaller and smaller profit space of construction market,construction enterprises must adopt effective measures of project cost control and management in order to adapt to the demand of market competition and their own development.The organization,economic,technical and management measures of project cost control and management are put forward based on the analysis of the cost management situation and the problems of cost control,to keep the cost advantage and profit level of the construction project. |
