基于Pro/E的塑料模具的设计

随着以Pro/ENGINEER为代表的CAD/CAM软件的飞速发展,计算机辅助设计与制造越来越广泛地应用到各行各业,设计人员可根据零件图及工艺要求,使用CAD模块对零件实体造型,然后利用模具设计模块,对零件进行模具设计。本文主要通过简单的实例操作说明用Pro/ENGINEER软件进行模具设计的一般操作流程,主要介绍分型面的基本创建方法。

Pro/E-based Plastic Mold Design

With the rapid development of CAD/CAM software represented by Pro/ENGINEER,computer-aided design and manufacturing is more and more widely applied to all walks of life.The designer can use CAD module to conduct solid modeling of parts based on the parts diagram and process requirements,and then use mold design module to design the mold of parts.In this paper,through a simple operating example,the general operation process of the mold design with the Pro/ENGINEER software is illustrated and the parting surface creation method is introduced.
