看板管理在物料消耗控制系统优化中的应用研究

文章运用看板管理理论,对某汽车零部件制造厂的原材料消耗控制模式进行了分析和改进,将原有的推动式物料消耗控制模式转变成基于看板管理的拉动式物料控制模式,通过仓库改造、厂内超市和仓库超市的建立、看板拉动流程、看板和超市使用规则的制定等环节,以提高企业物料消耗系统的效率,降低成本,最大限度地满足顾客的要求.

Research on the Application of Kanban Management on Optimizing of Material Consumption Control System

Using kanban management theory,this paper analyzed and improved material consumption control system of one auto parts manufacturing factory.The original push type material consumption control mode is changed into the kanban manage ment based on pull type materials control mode.In order to satisfy customer’s requirements,it should to take the actions of transformation of warehouse,the establishment of the supermarket and warehouse supermarket in the factory,kanban pulls the process,the rules of kanban and supermarket,improve enterprise material consumption system efficiency,and reduce the cost.
