| 摘 要： | 随着社会的进步，人们法律知识的普及，患者的自我保护意识和维权意识也不断增强，患者在就医过程中，对护理服务的要求也越来越高，法律与护理专业的关系问题也越来越受到人们的关注。在护理实验教学中培养学生护理法律责任意识，规范护理行为，为明确临床护理行为应负的法律责任和日后护理工作中正确履行护理法律责任，规避承担护理法律责任风险奠定了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | With the recent development of legal construction in China,patients with much more legal knowledge have explicit consciousness of self protection.As a result,patients hold growing demand to medical service.Currently legal issues in nursing are drawing more and more attention of the public.In the nursing experiment teaching,it is im- pertant to cultivate students' legal liability consciousness,and standardize their service behavior.And nursing teachers should make it clear the liability of nursing service and obey it in the experiment teaching. |
