| 摘 要： | 经过百年发展，现代管理学理论体系日益繁多和复杂，内部出现诸多竞争性范式，未能向人们展现出统一的理论范式和清晰的理论框架。后现代管理的出现对现代管理学的基础假设和研究方法带来了根本性的冲击，这种现代主义与后现代主义之间的范式对立加剧了管理学的范式危机。剖析这种范式危机，并不是要摒弃一切现代管理理论，而应该寻求各种理论范式之间的整合路径以进行优势互补。

| Abstract: | Developing for 100 years,modern management theories have been increasingly various and complicated with the emergence of more and more internal competitive paradigms.It fails to present a united theoretical paradigm and clear theoretical framework.The emergence of postmodern management has a profound shock on foundation hypothesis and research methods of modern management.The paradigm contrast between modernism and postmodernism intensifies the paradigm crisis of management.To analyze the paradigm crisis is not to abandon all modern management theories but to seek integration ways for complementary advantage among various theoretical paradigms. |
