The law of the world’s economic development reveals that the basis for a super country’s development is domestic market especially consumption market.Traditional development mode has inhibited domestic consumption a lot since the founding of PRC more than 60 years ago.Inhibiting consumption mode led China’s economy to be over-dependent on international market.With the increasingly complicated international background,China is in urgent need of expanding domestic consumption,enhancing inner motivation for development,transforming traditional development mode which is over-dependent on foreign demand and laying a foundation for sustained,long-term economic development.
