政治外溢与中国的区域差距——-基于产出核算的实证研究

本文从一般均衡的视角，采用产出核算法研究了中国的区域差距问题。研究发现：（１）与中国经济增长表现为资本驱动型的基本特征相吻合，人均物质资本差异对于地区产出差异的解释程度远远高于技术差距。（２）以某地与政治中心距离所表征的政治区位和以是否拥有海岸线表征的经济地理，对该地区的人均产出、人均资本和技术水平有重大的影响，从而意味着鼓励人口自由流动、减少政治外溢是缩小区域差距的有效方法。

Political Spillovers and Regional Disparity in China-An Empirical Study Based on Output Accounting

From general equilibrium perspective and based on output accounting,this paper studies regional disparity in China.Results shows that:(1) consistent to the stylized ’capital driven’ feature of China’s economic growth,average material capital explains more than technology for output differences between regions.(2) we studied political location and geographic conditions in determining output per capita and the basic elements of output accounting—material capital and technology.The distance to political center and non-coastline characteristic correlated negatively to output per capita,material capital per capita and technology,which means that encourages free flow of labor forces and control political spillovers are effective ways of reducing regional disparities.
