| 摘 要： | 先进性是党的生命,而党员的先锋模范作用是党的先进性的具体体现。随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,越来越多的党员成为人才流动的重要成员,形成了一支特殊的流动党员队伍。在市场经济背景下探讨发挥流动党员的先锋模范作用,对于巩固党的执政能力建设,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The moving CPC's menbers is the new group with new problems in the basic organizations.Advancedness which lies in the members' pioneer model actions is the life of the Party ,which can't appear completely because of all kinds of reasons. The article gives the analysis of the state ,its reasons and the new solutions with the back of the market economy. |
