| 摘 要： | 文章结合我国1999—2006年经济统计数据，通过构建面板数据集，对我国各地区的资本配置效率以及行业的资本配置效率进行了实证分析。分析结果显示：我国不同地区之间资本配置都是有效率的，但资本配置效率在不同地区之间存在较大的差异。不同地区行业资本配置效率存在共同的规律，在国有经济比重较大的行业资本配置效率较低。相反，多种经济成分共同参与竞争的行业资本配置效率较高。

| Abstract: | With the data of Chinese economic statistics （1999-2006）, this paper constructs a panel data models to measure the efficiency of the regional and industrial capital allocation in China. The result shows that the capital allocation is efficient in different regions, but the efficiency varies across regions. There are common laws in different regions＇ industries： The higher the state-owned proportion, the lower the capital allocation＇s efficiency. On the contrary, in industries where different economic sectors jointly compete, the efficiency is higher. |
