摘    要:江苏省烟草商业系统在几个地市级公司部署了一类卷烟物流分拣设备,其中分拣环节的质检系统采用人工质检方法,每天的质检量非常大.随着工作时间的延长,既不能保证准确度,又不能保证效率。作者基于这一现状,探讨了采用高速数码摄像、图像识别和对比、错误卷烟自动剔除为核心,以改造卷烟传输轨道和调整工作流程为辅助的卷烟分拣自动质检系统技术改造方案。通过设备自动质检技术提高劳动生产率,保证分拣过程得到控制,提高服务质量,具有较高的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:At present, Jiangsu tobacco business system deployed grade A unified logistics cigarettes sorting equipment in several prefecture-level companies, quality control system of sorting links uses artificial methods, the amount of the daily quality control is very large, With the extension of working hours, we can't guarantee the accuracy and efficiency. Based on this situation I discussed high-speed digital camera, image recognition and comparison, the error cigarette automatically remove the core, to transform the cigarette transfer orbit and to adjust work processes to support automated quality control system in cigarette sortingtransformation program, through the device Automatic quality control technology to increase labor productivity, ensure the sorting process is under control, improve service quality, with a high degree of social and economic benefits.
