| 摘 要： | 空白背书不记载被背书人 ,以持票人为票据权利人。空白背书票据转让形式灵活、多样 ,可满足持票人或受让人的不同需求。而我国《票据法》不承认空白背书 ,既有碍票据的流通 ,也不能适应加入WTO后的客观需求 ,故应在《票据法》中增加空白背书的有关规定

| Abstract: | As the endorsee is not recorded in the blank endorsement,the bearer is considered as the person in power of the bill.Blank endorsement satisfies the various needs of the bearer or the assignee with its flexible and multiple transfer forms.Therefore,regulations of blank endorsement should be added to China's Law of Bills,for the denial of it in the law of Bills not only hinders the circulation of bills but fails to meet the objective demand of China's entry into WTO. |
