| Abstract: | This paper discusses the basic industrial position and im portant fun ction of mineral resources industry in the national economy , analyzes the p resent situation and tasks confronting the mineral resources industry, and stres ses the necessity of establishing and implementing the scientific view of develo pment and realizing the basic transition of the utilization and management of mi neral resources for the purpose of promoting the work of mineral resources accor ding to the requirement of establishing a resource-economizing type of national economic system. |
