| 摘 要： | 从国际比较的角度,可以说关于政府的经济职能及其实现路径和具体操作方案,应该是多样化和不同的.我国已经形成了具有中国特色的政府职能转变方式.从总结改革时期形成的有中国特色的政府职能转变出发,解释我国渐进改革道路的理性,进而在揭示这个方面的任务发生变化的情况下,指出进一步加快这个领域改革的重点和着力点.

| Abstract: | From the angle of international comparison,the governmental financial function and its realizing route and concrete operating scheme should be various and different.Our country had formed governmental function transformation method with Chinese characteristic.Starting from summing up the governmental function transformation with Chinese characteristic in the era of reforming,the paper explained the rationality of china's gradual reform.After revealing the change of this task,the paper further pointed out the emphases and focus point of reform in this field. |
