摘    要:社会和环境的发展亟需企业做一个好公民,承担起企业社会责任,而传统的功利主义思维使很多企业消极应对,现实需求和实际进展之间差距较大。从理论和现实可行的角度对战略性企业社会责任管理进行分析,提出企业可以通过准确的战略定位和管理,在经济价值、社会价值间找到平衡和切入点,通过这种寓义于利、义利相生的方式提升企业竞争力,实现可持续发展。

Abstract:The development of society and environment needs the enterprises to be a good citizen, to undertake the corporate social responsibility, but the traditional utilitarianism thought made many enterprises' negative coping, there is a great gap between the reality demand and real progress. This paper analyzes the strategic corporate social responsibility management from the theoretical and practical point of view, claims that the enterprise can find the balance and the breakthrough point between the economic value and social value through the strategic position and management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and realize sustainable development.
