| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍了汽车零部件供应商评价与选择的基本步骤和方法后，通过实际分析和研究建立了一套层次化的汽车零部件供应商评价体系，并根据层次分析法的基本原理在Matlab 7．0软件平台上自主开发了一套SES（Suppliers Evaluation ＆ Selection）系统．实现了供应商的评价与选择，为汽车制造厂选择最佳的零部件供应商提供了简便的操作工其和科学、客观的决策依据。

| Abstract: | After introducing the basic approaches and methods of evaluation and selection to car parts suppliers,a stratified evaluation system of car parts suppliers is established by analyzing and stuying practically and a SES(Suppliers Evaluation & Selection)software system is designed by Matlab7.0 based on AHP algorithm.The system realizes evaluation and selection to suppliers and provides a convenient operation tool and scientific and objective decision argument for car manufactories to select the best suppliers. |
