| 摘 要： | 从十四届三中全会到十六届三中全会至今，社会主义市场经济体制经历着从“建立”到“完善”的关键转轨阶段，构建有中国特色的社会主义市场经济秩序成为中国市场经济建设的当务之急。本文分析了市场秩序建设的内涵，评述了几种主要的市场秩序构建模式，从历史、文化、政策三个方面概括了中国市场秩序构建的特殊性，并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | From the Third Plenary Session of the 14~(th) Central Committee to the Third Plenary Session of the 16~(th) Central Committee of the CCP and to now,the system of socialist market-oriented economy has been undergoing an important period of transforming from "setting up the system" into "perfecting the system",the establishment of the order of socialist market-oriented economy with Chinese characteristics has become the most pressing matter in the construction of the market-oriented economy in China.This paper analyses the connotation of the establishment of market order,comments some main models of establishing market order,summarizes from the aspects of history,culture and policy respectively the particularity in the establishment of the market order in China and puts forward relevant policy suggestions. |
