“双核+双子”京津冀城市群背景下的张承发展对策分析

构建以京津唐保为核心的双核+双子的京津冀城市体系,不能忽视张承在京北的重要作用。张承需要依托自身条件融入京津,同时京津也要利用大都市的优越条件创造更多的机会吸纳张承,打破传统的行政区划阈限创造京津冀一体化的区域经济合作模式是京津张承共生发展的未来选择,进而构建五核+三带的京北城市成长线,包括双核京圈外围带、核+子交合带和北双子成长核,在此基础上逐渐发展沿张家口-宣化-怀来-延庆-怀柔-密云-兴隆-滦平-承德一线为主线的京北城市成长线,其中要充分发展怀来和兴隆为较高级别的次级城市。

Strategies Analysis on the Development of Zhangjiakou-Chengde under the Background of Double Cores+Double Sons Frame in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

To construct Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration centralized to Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan-Baoding,the function of Zhangjiakou and Chengde in north Beijing cannot be ignored.It is necessary for Zhangjiakou and Chengde to merge into the agglomeration.Beijing and Tianjin must create more opportunities to absorb Zhangjiakou and Chengde.It is the future choice for the urban group to break through administrative limit and create integrative regional economic co-operative mode.Furthermore,north Beijing urban growing curve focused on ＂five cores＋three belt＂ can be constructed,including ＂double cores＂ Beijing surrounding belt,＂core＋son＂ transition belt,＂north double cores＂ growth core.Then,along the curve of ＂Zhangjiakou-Xuanhua-Huailai-Yanqing-Huairou-Miyun-Xinglong-Luanping-Chengde＂,north Beijing urban growth curve can be developed gradually.During the course of development,the two counties of Huailai and Xionglong should be crucially developed.
