现代学徒制在高职院校人才培养模式改革中的实践探索

德国、瑞士等国家对现代学徒制教育模式非常推崇,美国也正在学习瑞士的现代学徒制教学模式并大力推广。我国近年来也越来越重视现代学徒制在职业院校人才培养中的作用,结合现代学徒制教育模式的特点及学校的实际情况,国内职业院校进行了很多实践探索。以广东农工商职业技术学院的汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,从"校中厂"、多样化的实习实训机制、师生组合技能竞赛、课程体系设计和人才质量评价等方面进行探索,以寻找一条具有创新性、适用性和科学性的现代学徒制教育模式在高职院校工科专业中的实践之路。

Pattern of Higher Vocational Education Reform Practice Exploration Based on Modern Apprenticeship

The mode education of modern apprenticeship is well utilized in Germany, Switzerland and other countries, the United States also has inruduced modern apprenticeship teaching mode from Switzerland and promoted it..?In recent years, our country hsa been paying more and more attention to the role of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges and universities personnel training.Combined with modern apprenticeship education mode and the characteristics of the school′s actual situation, the domestic vocational colleges has made a lot of practical exploration.Taking Guangdong AIB polytechnic college vehicle inspection and maintenance technology as an example, this paper explores an innovative, applicability and scientific modern apprenticeship education mode in the practice of engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges through studying "factory" in school, diversification of internship training mechanism, the combination of skills competition between teachers and students, curriculum system and exploration on the design and quality of talent evaluation and etc.
