"北上广"服务业就业弹性的比较分析

北京、上海和广州(以下简称"北上广")是全国最有影响力的三大城市,近年来由于经济结构调整和转型升级,服务业的比重越来越高.除陆续出现的金融、信息传输和软件等服务业以外,一些传统的服务业也在快速发展,附加值不断提高,对劳动力的需求也在进一步增加,通过对近五年来三大城市就业弹性的比较分析中得出,三大城市服务业对就业的吸纳能力都有波动中趋于下降的趋势,而且吸纳能力强的行业具有相似之处.

A Comparative Analysis of Service Industry Employment Elasticity of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou(BSG)

Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou (hereinafter referred to as the BSG) are the three most influential big cities in China.In recent years,due to the economic structure adjustment and upgrading,the service industry has taken up an increasing proportion in the economic development.In addition to the emerging service industry like financial services,information transmission and software,some traditional service industries are in rapid development with their added value continuously improving and the corresponding labor force demand increasing.This paper is a comparative analysis of the employment elasticity of these three big cities in the past five years.It is pointed out that the absorbing capacity of employment in the service industry has fluctuations with the major tend declining,and that a remarkable similarity can be seen in the industries with a strong absorbing employment ability.
