海安县紫菜商会的经济效率分析

本文首先介绍了海安县紫菜业的发展状况和紫菜商会的基本情况,然后以经济学模型分析了紫菜商会的成立对紫菜养殖者利润的影响,指出商会的成立有利于提高养殖者的谈判力、有利于节约其交易成本,有利于提高其经济福利,因此建议有关部门应当适当引导(而不是强制)渔民建立协会,以便保护渔民利益.

ANALYSIS ON ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF MAVER LIDUSTRIAL ASSOCLATION OF HAIAN COUNTY

The Laver Industrial Association of Hai An County and the condition of the laver industry in Hai An county have been introduced at the beginning of this paper, and then a economics model has been used to analyze the efficiency of The Laver Industrial Association of Hai An County, the authors believe that this association is helpful to improve the economic benefits of the aquaculture fanners and firms, because it can strengthen the farmers' (firms') negotiating power, save the farmers' (firms') transaction costs. So the authors suggest that the related department should encourage fishermen (aquaculture farmers) to establish association voluntarily to protect their benefits.
