| 摘 要： | 酒店经营有着悠久的历史，餐饮在酒店的出现也有数百年的时间了，目前，在大数酒店中，餐饮成为其重要的组成部分。餐饮服务与食物质量的好坏依然是决定客人是否入住酒店的重要条件，关系到这个酒店的生存与发展。
