| Abstract: | Applications of value chain analyzing method have great theoretical and practical significances for an enterprise to decrease its costs and improve its competence. Starting with the analysis of inner value chain, vertical value chain and horizontal value chain, this paper tries to make an all-round value chain analysis of automobile industry enterprises, thus give some references to their strategic cost management. |
