An Economic Analysis on American Anti-monopoly Law

Anti-monopoly Law is a combination of law and economy.Since its birth,its theory and practice has been influenced by the development of law and economics theory.This paper analyzes its implementing tendency and some illegal activities stipulated by it,such as monopoly,fixed price,price discrimination,merging of enterprises and so on,points that economic efficiency is the primary value goal of the law,and the implementation of the law pays attention to creativity problems under new economic conditions increasingly.
