| 摘 要： | 在国家实施科学发展、城乡统筹的战略背景下,老年人的贫困化问题、农村老年人的空巢问题、农村老年人的养老保障问题和老年人的照料问题尤为突出.通过对上述问题的分析,指出了国家各部委在城乡统筹中解决老龄问题的不足之处,最后对城乡统筹管理中所涉及的部委提出了对策建议.
