| 摘 要： | 泛北部湾经济合作区是成立不久的次经济合作区域，其法律制度涉及到货物贸易和投资措施等方面，要保证泛北部湾经济合作的正常运转，确立争端解决机制是十分必要的。只有给泛北部湾经济合作建立起高效、便捷的争端解决机制，才能保证其长期有效发展。
