| 摘 要： | 文章以灾后恢复重建项目为对象,依据全面协调、可操作性与现实性、独立性与可比性以及科学性为基本原则构建指标体系,在评价资金使用管理、社会效益、规划执行、工程效果、工作到位五个一级指标的基础上,构建了一套定性与定量相结合的指标体系,并通过实例,说明了指标体系的合理性与可行性。

| Abstract: | Taking after-disaster reconstruction project,according to the comprehensive coordination for the object and maneuverability and reality,independence and the comparability and scientific principles for constructing evaluation index system,in the use of social benefits,management,planning,engineering,work place of five level indicator,and on the basis of constructing a qualitative and quantitative index system and,with practical examples,illustrates the index system of the rationality and feasibility. |
