科技创新、产业集聚与新型城镇化效率

以新型城镇化为主要视角,使用中国270个地级及以上城市2010—2019年的城市数据和空间数据,运用面板数据模型和空间计量模型识别了科技创新与产业集聚对新型城镇化效率的影响,并考察了其中的影响机制。结果表明:(1)科技创新对新型城镇化效率具有显著正向影响,并存在空间溢出效应。(2)产业集聚对新型城镇化效率具有显著负向影响,并存在空间溢出效应,说明在中国产业集聚的负外部性大于其正外部性。(3)随着产业集聚度的提高,科技创新对新型城镇化效率的影响会显著提高。无论是OLS回归模型还是空间计量模型,文章的结论均具有稳健性,因此新型城镇化效率的提高在提高创新投入的同时需要合理规划产业布局。

Technological Innovation,Industrial Agglomeration and Efficiency of New Urbanization

Based on the urban data and spatial data of 270 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2019,this study uses the panel data model and spatial econometric model to identify the impact of technological innovation and industrial agglomeration on the efficiency of new urbanization,and investigates the influencing mechanism. The results show that:Firstly,scientific and technological innovation has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of new urbanization. Secondly,industrial agglomeration has a significant negative spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of new urbanization, which indicates that the negative externalities of industrial agglomeration in China are greater than its positive externalities. Thirdly, with the increase of industrial agglomeration, the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the efficiency of new urbanization will be significantly increased. According to OLS regression model and spatial econometric model, the conclusions of this study are robust. Therefore, the improvement of new urbanization efficiency requires reasonable planning of industrial layout while improving innovation input.
