钢铁厂酸性废水处理工艺研究进展及扩散渗析处理研究

摘    要:针对钢铁厂酸性废水处理工艺的研究进展进行综合分析,结合该酸性废水的特点,提出采用扩散渗析法处理酸性废水。研究结果表明,使用扩散渗析法具有良好的分离性能,硫酸回收率大于90%,硫酸亚铁透过率小于4%,具备了工业应用的可能。

Abstract:In this paper,we develop and analyse research advance of steel plant acid waste water treatment synthetically,according to the characteristic of acid waste water,we adopt to difussion dialysis to deal with acid waste water.The preliminary study indicates,the difussion dialysis has good separation performance,the rate of recovery of sulphuric acid is greater than 90%,the leakage rate of FeSO4 is smaller than 4%,which make this method possesses the possibility of industrial application.
