我国消费需求问题理论反思——兼与顾海兵先生商榷

中国经济面临的问题究竟是有效需求不足还是有效供给不足,抑或是两者并存,理论界并未达成共识。顾海兵先生认为,“中国经济恰恰不是有效需求不足,而是有效需求强劲;不是有效供给过剩,而是有效供给不足”。对这样的总体判断,笔者不能苟同。同时,在一些具体问题的认识和解决问题的方法上,笔者也与顾文有不同的观点。故而提出浅见,就教于顾先生。此外,笔者试着对近年来我国流行的一些刺激消费的观点进行综合性的反思和评论,并对进一步刺激消费提供建设性的思路。

A Theoretical Reflection on Consumer Demand Issues in China

The theoretical circle hasn’t reached consensus as to whether the problem that Chinese economy is facing is insufficient effective demand or insufficient effective supply or the both.Mr.Gu Haibing holds the opinion that Chinese economy is powcrful effective demand instead of insufficicnt effective dcmand and is insufficient effective supply rather than surplus effective supply.I can’t agree to this general judgement.Meanwhile,as far as the understanding of some practical problems and solutions to these problems are concerned,I have different ideas.Therefore,I put forward my humble opinion to discuss with Mr.Gu.Furthermore,I try to conduct a comprehensive reflection and comment on some popular views to stimulate consumption in our country and bring forward my constructive train of thought to stimulate consumption.
