农村社会保障体制的新制度经济学分析

建立农村社会保障体制是构建和谐社会,统筹城乡经济发展的重要一环,是实现农村稳定的重要保证,是建设全面小康社会的需要。经济体制决定并制约社会保障体制的建设,本文运用新制度经济学原理,探讨了目前农村社会保障制度发展完善的动力,存在的制度缺陷,并提出了完善农村社会保障体制的制度措施。
