| 摘 要： | 新疆经济是典型的绿洲经济，生态环境脆弱，而采掘业、制造业及化工企业的污染，使新疆生态环境面临巨大压力。为了实现经济增长和环境的双赢，近几年来，新疆一直倡导循环经济的发展模式，并且取得了喜人的成绩。通过构建新疆循环经济评价指标体系，利用主成分分析法，综合分析评价新疆经济、资源利用以及环境安全状况，以促进新疆地区循环经济更快更好发展。
