城市化与农民工社会融入

在城市化过程中,农民工进入城市工作与生活,有力推动了城市化进程,但也产生了一些社会冲突。既往对农民工采取歧视的政策,不仅阻碍了经济增长,也带来了越来越严重的社会冲突。文章分析了对农民工不同的政策选择和对农民工在城市化过程中作用的认识误区,认为农民工在城市化过程中的社会融入,能够有效促进经济增长,缓解社会冲突,并就此提出相关的政策建议。

Urbanization and the Social Integration of Off-Farm Workers

In the process of Urbanization, off-farm workers come into the city and live in city. On the one hand, off-farm works stimulate the urbanization process, on the other hand, a number of social conflicts were brought. Previous discriminatory policies on migrant workers, not only impede economic growth, also brought more and more serious social conflicts. Based on the analysis of the different policy options on migrant workers and misunderstanding of the role of migrant workers in the process of urbanization, this paper maintains that social integration of off-farm workers in the process of urbanization, can effectively promote economic growth, alleviate social conflicts. Finally, relevant policy of off-farm social integration is put forward.
