Discussion on the Internal Incubator Operation Mode of Scientific and Technology Companies

Different from the external one which is positioned in platform function ,the internal incubator of scientific and technology companies more focuses on incubating internal projects ,namely realizing commercial operation of internal incu‐bation projects supported by capital ,talents and technology from the parent company .Internal incubation projects and cor‐porate strategy tend to assimilate and synergistic effect can be formed ,realizing the diversification of the parent company or satisfying the development requirements of supply chain strategy .This paper compares the differences between the ex‐ternal incubator and internal one in detail ,deeply discussing the operation pattern and core elements of the internal incuba‐tor .Although it is still a novel thing in our country ,the internal incubator of scientific and technology companies has ow n unique advantages in capital connection ,technical support ,management output and incubating capacity .
