摘    要:相较于其它扶贫途径,科技扶贫具有内生性扶贫的积极特征,是精准扶贫的根本出路。科技精准扶贫并不是简单的技术培训,而是一项系统工程,涉及诸多因素的复杂互动,需要一整套社会支持系统的配合。西藏地区吉纳村在科技精准扶贫过程中注意与当地生产生活方式及社会文化传统相结合,创造性地探索出一些有益的可持续模式,取得了显著成效。吉纳村模式具有较高的借鉴价值。

Abstract:Compared to other ways of poverty alleviation,using science and technology is a fundamental solution,which has positive and endogenous characteristics.Targeted poverty alleviation by science and technology is not a simple technical training,but a systematic project,involving complex interaction of many factors and a set of social support system.During the process of targeted poverty alleviation by science and technology in Tibetan regions,Jina village paid attention to com-bining with the local production-life style and social-cultural tradition,creatively explored some useful and sustainable models,and achieved remarkable results.The model of Jina village has a high reference value.
