全球化视角下我国汽车制造企业创新网络演化路径:“江铃”与“奇瑞”双案例研究

以全球化背景为研究情境,以全球制造网络中非核心企业江铃汽车与核心企业奇瑞汽车两个汽车制造企业为研究对象,采用探索性案例研究方法,以企业创新网络理论为基础,结合企业成长理论与资源基础理论,通过识别企业不同发展阶段的创新网络构建过程,从结构特征、影响因素两个方面深入探索企业如何运营创新网络,进而归纳总结出企业创新网络的演化结构模型。结果表明,企业创新网络发展经历了由封闭到开放、分散到集中、非正式到正式、单核到多核的演化过程,在这个过程中非核心企业创新网络一直处于被动状态,核心企业创新网络一直处于主动状态,具体网络功能经历了模仿式创新、吸收式创新、整合式创新、自主式创新4个阶段。

The Evolution Path of Chinese Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise Innovation Network Based on Globalization Perspective :Dual Case Study of JMC and Chery

This study takes the background of globalization as the research context ,takes a non -core business -JMC and core business -Chery as the examples of two types of automobile manufacturing companies ,which adopts the exploratory case study approach and is based on business innovation network theory .Combined with enterprise growth theory and re-source-based theory ,it explores profoundly how companies operate innovation network from the aspects of structural characteristics and factors by identifying the establishment of innovation networks in different development stages ,and then summed up the evolution of the structural model about innovation network .Studies have shown that ,the develop-ment of innovation networks have experienced evolution process ,from closed to open ,from scattered to centralized ,from informal to formal ,monocyte to multicore ,in the process of non -core enterprise innovation networks have been in a pas-sive state ,core enterprise innovation networks have been in active state ,the specific network function has experienced four stages ,including the imitation innovation ,absorption innovation ,integrated innovation ,and autonomous innovation .
