基于灰色关联分析模型的广西科技创新能力评价研究

在参考和借鉴现有评价指标体系的基础上，构建了区域科技创新能力评价指标体系。采用灰色关联分析方法，构建了区域科技创新能力的多层次灰色关联分析评价模型。基于灰色关联分析模型，对我国内地29个省份的科技创新能力进行了实证分析。结合相关实证分析结果，重点探讨了广西科技创新能力的现状和特点，在此基础上，提出了提高广西科技创新能力的对策建议。

Research on Evaluation of Regional Science and Technology Innovation Capability in Guangxi Based on Grey Relational Analysis Model

Based on the existing evaluation index system ,the evaluation index system of regional science and technology in-novation capability is established .Grey relational analysis method was selected ,and the evaluation model of regional science and technology innovation capability of multi level grey relational analysis was established .We make an empirical analysis on the regional science and technology innovation ability of China's 29 provinces and cities using grey relational analysis model .Based on the relevant empirical analysis results ,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and charac-teristics of Guangxi regional science and technology innovation ability ,and puts forward the countermeasures and sugges-tions to improve the ability of regional science and technology innovation in Guangxi .
