军民技术创新体系协同运行影响因素研究

摘    要:首先,采用因子分析法对研究筛选的22个影响因素进行因子分析,提取出政府、市场、中介服务、技术、创新平台资源、信息、治理结构、管理水平和协同战略9个公因子;其次,采用逐步回归法分析上述9个公因子对军民技术创新体系协同运行的影响作用,9个公因子可回归为宏观、中观和微观3大因素。结果表明,9个公因子对军民技术创新体系协同运行具有不同程度的影响。其中,政府、创新平台资源和组织管理水平因子影响作用最明显。

Abstract:First,using the factor analysis method,22 influence factors are extracted to 9 common factors which are technol-ogy factor,the R&D resources factor,government factor,market factor,public service factor,organization structure fac-tor,talent management factor,information management factor;Second,using the stepwise regression analysis method, analyzes the influence of the 9 common factors on the civilian-military technology innovation system.9 common factors can be reduced to 3 factors.The result indicates that 9 common factors,which are from macro view,medium view and micro view,have effects on the civilian-military technology innovation system synergy.In these,R&D resources factor,govern-ment factor and management factor are the most remarkable factors to the civilian-military technology innovation system.
