自利型领导研究前沿综述

摘    要:现实商业环境中,领导者有时会以损害集体利益为代价而谋取个人利益,以此为特征的自利型领导最近受到人力资源管理理论与实践的普遍关注。基于国内外文献的梳理,系统总结了自利型领导的概念、测量、影响因素、影响结果及其与辱虐管理、非伦理领导的异同,并针对当前研究不足对未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Sometimes ,leaders behave in a self‐serving way to advance their own interests at the expense of the common in‐terests in the real business environment .Recently ,self‐serving leadership has been focused on by academia and practice circle in the field of human resources management .Based on the review of literature at home and abroad ,the concept , measurement ,influence factors and consequences of self‐serving leadership were summarized systematically ,and made a comparative study with abusive supervision and unethical leadership .End of the paper has prospect to the future research orientation .
