摘    要:在“互联网+”背景下,众包供应链(Crowdsourcing Supply Chain, CSC)作为一种新型供应链正成为研究热点。采用案例研究方法,以海尔和苏宁的发展轨迹为样本,分析企业众包供应链的发展模式和发展路径。研究表明,众包供应链有两种类型:精益型(Lean)众包供应链和敏捷型(Agile)众包供应链。同时,企业在决策流程中存在战略层面、策略层面和运作层面,以确定基于制造商主导、零售商主导、第三方主导的众包供应链模式,以及合作众包和竞争众包的情形。在此基础上,归纳了众包供应链运作的具体路径流程,为众包供应链的实施提供了完整解决方案。

Abstract:Crowdsourcing supply chain (CSC) as a new kind of design supply chain is becoming a hot pot of research .This paper uses case study to research Hair and Suning ,before reviewing the literature and put forward the concept and fea‐tures of CSC ;Then ,according to power of number of CSC ,it gives four operation modes of CSC :one dominated by manu‐facturer ,one by retailer ,by 3rd party and by jointed ;w hat is more ,considering the different target of CSC operation ,this paper further explores and compares two kind of CSC :lean CSC and agile CSC .On the basis of the above analysis ,opera‐tion procedure of CSC is draw out from three perspectives of strategic ,tactic and operative one ,w hich put a solid founda‐tion of implementing CSC ;Finally ,the cases of Haier and Suning are studied and the related enlightenment is present .
